Halo Water Proofing is a OR-licensed Sump Pump Installation company that treats every McMinnville job like it's the only one on the schedule.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The McMinnville technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
We've worked on foundations from decades-old McMinnville homes to brand-new builds still settling into their soil, so whatever your basement is dealing with, we've likely seen a version of it nearby.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most McMinnville calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our McMinnville crews see.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our McMinnville schedule.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
No two McMinnville basements are the same — soil type, age of the home, water table. We match the fix to your actual problem.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
Get Emergency Help →Seasonal ground movement in McMinnville tends to widen existing cracks over time, so sealing early usually costs less than waiting.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most McMinnville pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Musty smell upstairs with no obvious source? Check the crawl space first — it's usually the culprit.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger McMinnville commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations keep running.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
Once the job's done, you get written proof of what was installed and exactly what the warranty covers.
